Definition

The Movement by Plan dashboard provides insights on subscriber movement by tracking how subscribers move between plans. You can see which plans are gaining incoming subscribers and which are losing outgoing subscribers each month due to plan changes.

Plan movement trend

Monthly net subscriber movement per plan (inbound minus outbound). Positive values indicate a plan gained more subscribers than it lost from plan changes; negative values indicate more subscribers moved away than arrived.

Incoming movement

Monthly count of subscribers who moved into each plan from another plan. Shows which plans are the most common destinations when subscribers change plans.

Outgoing movement

Monthly count of subscribers who moved out of each plan to another plan. Shows which plans subscribers are most commonly leaving when switching plans.
