How failover works
Gateway Failover automatically routes traffic to a backup gateway when your primary gateway experiences elevated communication errors. First-time signups are actively rerouted to the backup during an outage. Recurring renewals are paused and queued, then released to the primary once it recovers.
Gateway Failover is not available on Starter plans. If you're on a Starter plan, contact your CSM to discuss upgrading before completing this step.
