Definition

Explore Assistant is your natural language chat interface for creating charts and graphs from your site’s data. To start, select one of the three explorers and then enter a prompt. Select the Invoice Explorer and then enter “Show me failed invoices each month for the past 12 months”, or try a more complex prompt like, “Display transaction success rate by country. Add a filter for the first renewal attempt and a calculated field to compute the rate for each country” with the Transactions Explorer; and let Explore generate the insights you need.

Explore Assistant has 3 explorers–Invoices, Subscriptions, and Transactions–that can provide you with critical performance insights, trends, or overall health of your subscription business.

As you review the results, you can refine your queries in real time—narrowing down data from a broad view to a detailed breakdown.

Explore Assistant allows you to view the data in several different visual formats–which can be selected by choosing a graph or chart icon within the Visualization menu. You can also view the raw data within the interface or by downloading it which can be found by selecting the gear icon in the upper right.

A built-in chat history, accessible via the hamburger menu, makes it easy to revisit previous queries and data.

Using the Settings icon in the upper right, you will find further options such as the ability to save or download your dashboard.

With Explore Assistant, data exploration is intuitive, fast, and flexible.

What permissions do I need to access Explore Assistant?

Explore Assistant is part of the greater Explore feature and is available to users with the Analytics permission once Explore is turned on.

How is my data secured with AI?

Merchant data is anonymized in accordance with Recurly’s Privacy Policy. AI models run on Google Vertex AI, Looker, and Elasticsearch, ensuring data security and compliance.

Is my data shared with competitors?

No, merchant and subscriber data is never shared with competitors.

Is my data used for AI training?

No, Recurly does not currently use merchant data for AI training.
