IP Whitelisting

If you whitelist Recurly IP network addresses with your payment gateway, immediate attention is required.

As part of Recurly's continued investment in our infrastructure to provide our customers the fastest, most reliable and secure subscription management platform, we are making some important changes to our network configuration. New IP addresses will be used starting in August 2019, so please update your configurations by July 31, 2019.

The new IP addresses have been added to our list of IP addresses below and should be updated with your payment gateway. Without making these updates, your webhook endpoints, delivery and/or transaction processing will fail.

What actions need to be taken

  1. Inform your payment gateway of these changes. There may be features or other functionality inside of your payment gateway that require certain IPs to be whitelisted before traffic from these IPs can be accepted.
  2. Our new IP addresses should be added to your endpoint "allow" rules.
  3. Please add the below IPs to your list of allowed IP addresses.

Overview

Recurly communicates with external systems via a set list of IP addresses. Many systems filter by IP address and require specification of IP traffic for security purposes. If your payment gateway, tax provider, webhook endpoints, email service, or any other services requires IP addresses to be whitelisted, please provide the list of Recurly IP addresses called out below:
