The Gorgias integration pulls Recurly Commerce subscriber and subscription contract data into the Gorgias ticket sidebar. Agents can inspect subscriber properties, review contract details, and invoke common subscription actions directly from the support interface.

Subscriber Properties
Below is a list of Recurly Commerce subscriber properties available in the Gorgias “Subscriber” widget:

The “Subscription” widget displays contract-specific properties:

Subscription Actions
Agents can trigger these actions directly from the sidebar:

Change Delivery Date | Set a new date for the upcoming delivery |
Manage Subscription | Open the full subscription in Recurly Commerce (requires portal login) |

Data refresh
All subscriber and contract data appears for migrated and new customers. Because Gorgias only reloads sidebar data on ticket updates (not on simple page load), perform an action like sending a message or adding/removing a tag to force a refresh.
Setup
- In your Recurly Commerce admin, go to Integrations → Gorgias or visit:
https://admin.tryprive.com/integrations/gorgias - Copy the Gorgias API URL and API Key from your Gorgias dashboard (Settings → API).
- Paste them into Recurly Commerce and click Connect.
