Prerequisites & limitations

  • You must have at least one live subscription plan to edit.
  • Only products not already tied to another subscription offer will appear when selecting SKUs.

Key benefits

  • Real-time control: Instantly update products, pricing, and perks to respond to inventory changes or promotions.
  • Subscriber continuity: All edits take effect on future renewals—active subscribers remain uninterrupted.

Note: If your Shopify shipping profiles already cover subscription orders, omit this step to avoid conflicts.

Archive a Subscription Plan

  1. On the plan’s card, click the menu and select Archive.
  1. Confirm to deactivate the offer—archived plans move into the Archived tab.

Warning: Archiving does not cancel active subscriptions; those contracts continue to renew. Archived plans cannot be reactivated.
