Cost Waterfall Report showcases the waterfall of recognized costs for the contract period. It presents line-by-line balances, starting from the selected period until the end of the contract, enabling you to track the progression of costs over time.

Accessing and configuring the report

To access and configure the Cost Waterfall Report:

  1. Navigate to the Report:
    • Go to Reports > Cost/VC > Cost waterfall report.

Report columns

  • Order Line: Provides details on the individual order lines within the contract.
  • Contract ID: Displays the unique identifier for each contract.
  • Periods: Represents the different periods for which costs are recognized, illustrating the progression of costs over time.

These columns collectively allow you to monitor how costs are accumulated and recognized throughout the contract period.
