- Company or App Administrator permissions in Recurly Engage.
- App must integrate the Recurly Engage SDK on the target platform.
- Supported on Android devices and web browsers with FCM support.

The FCM connector ingests your Firebase service account JSON and enables Recurly Engage to send push notifications via Google’s FCM infrastructure.

Steps to obtain your FCM service JSON:
- Go to the Firebase Console and select your project.
- Click the gear icon in the sidebar and choose Project Settings → Service Accounts.
- Click Generate new private key.
- Download the resulting JSON file.

Upload file to Recurly Engage
- In Recurly Engage, go to Settings → Push Credentials.
- Select Firebase Cloud Messaging and upload your downloaded JSON file.
- Toggle Active to On to enable FCM push prompts.
