The Lookup tool lets you troubleshoot your users' experience with prompts by checking a specific user's traits and the prompts they're eligible to see.

Look up a user

Enter the user ID

Enter the user ID into the search field. User IDs can sometimes be long alphanumeric or hexadecimal strings, so copy the user ID carefully from your source reference before entering it here.

View or impersonate the user

Click View to load the user's data, or Impersonate to open your site using our Live tool and emulate the selected user.
