Recurly Engage now provides the ability to clone prompts across applications. This new feature allows users to directly copy prompts from one environment, such as a staging app, to another, like a live production app.

Key details

Steps to clone prompts

1. Ensure you’re an active member of Recurly Engage. If not, book a demo today !
2. Go to the Prompts section in Pulse, the Recurly Engage management console.

3. From the All Prompts section, select the prompt that you’d like to Clone.
4. You can clone a Prompt to another App by selecting the + Clone button and choosing the desired App. Alternatively, click into the Prompt, then select "Clone" from the Manage dropdown menu.

5. From the Clone Prompt modal, select the App you’d like to Clone the Prompt to. Remember to reset the Custom Goals, Actions, Triggers, Experiments, Segments after cloning..

6. You can now clone existing prompts from one guide to another within the same application, eliminating the need for manual entry. To do this, navigate to a Guide, select the desired prompt, then choose Manage, and finally Clone. In the Clone Prompt modal, select the required App and the relevant Guide to which you'd like to clone.
