You can now receive notifications when prompts are set to expire.

This feature provides automatic email alerts when a Prompt or Guide is set to expire, allowing you to proactively manage your content. By staying ahead of expirations, you can maintain a seamless user experience and avoid unintended interruptions.

Steps to enable email notifications for expiring prompts.

  1. Ensure you’re an active member of Recurly Engage. If not, book a demo today
  2. In the Recurly Engage management console, Pulse, navigate to Settings > App Management > Notifications.
  3. Adjust your email notification preferences and recipients for Expiring Prompts and Guides. Note: Weekly notifications trigger on Mondays.
