Steps to enable email notifications for expiring prompts.
- Ensure you’re an active member of Recurly Engage. If not, book a demo today
- In the Recurly Engage management console, Pulse, navigate to Settings > App Management > Notifications.
- Adjust your email notification preferences and recipients for Expiring Prompts and Guides. Note: Weekly notifications trigger on Mondays.
