Usage notifications

Alerts fired when Recurly automatically creates usage records during refund or termination operations.

Usage notifications inform you whenever Recurly generates a usage record on your behalf in scenarios such as refunds or subscription terminations. These webhooks let you stay in sync with any adjustments to usage-based billing.

Prerequisites and limitations

  • No special configuration is required—Usage notifications are sent automatically.
  • Only “created” events are supported for usage records.

Usage notifications
