      <li>Once a Contract Grouping rule is created, it can't be deleted — it can only be inactivated.</li>
      <li>Approved SSP data can't be deleted.</li>
      <li>Holds, once applied, can only be released based on the configured criteria or manually by authorized personnel.</li>
