Do all plans provide the same level of access to advanced features?
Yes. All advanced features are available across every level of pricing.
How long is the trial?
Try our service as long as you like without any obligations. You only pay when you’re ready to start charging your customers with Recurly.
Do I need a payment gateway and merchant account before signing up?
No! Sign up and we will help you get started.
Do these prices include the payment gateway fees?
No. You are responsible for your payment gateway and merchant account fees independently of Recurly.
I use Authorize.Net. Do I need to pay $20/mo for their CIM?
Some other competing services require Authorize.Net’s CIM. You can save $20/mo because Recurly does not require CIM.
My gateway has a recurring billing API, do I need to pay for that to use Recurly?
Nope. We are able to provide a more flexible billing product by not using your payment gateway’s recurring payment API.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Recurly is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments.
Customer Account Retention Policy
For the purposes of the retention policy discussion, the customer is defined as the merchant’s customer. Recurly will delete customer account information 30 days after:
- Customer closes their account with Recurly
- Merchant closes customer account with Recurly
Otherwise, Recurly will store customer account information for one year after the last transaction is processed or if the account has an active subscription.
Recurly will delete all customer account information for a merchant 30 days after the merchant closes their Recurly account.
